BREAKING: Haley Barbour Will Not Seek GOP Nomination

Gov. Haley Barbour of Mississippi just announced he will not seek the GOP nomination for president in 2012. This leaves Mike Huckabee as the only southern Republican Governor still considering a race for the White House.

This is significant because Barbour would have been competing with Huckabee for many of the same donors and constituencies.
